Abstract
This Bachelors´s thesis deals with a construction project and an estimation of the Rest Home and facilities of social services. This is a three-storey building with an attic. The buiding is designed as a masonry construction. The building is barrier-free.and has an elevator. A work is focused on costs of the Rest Home, receipts and expenditures arising in the future and also on advantages of this construction.
