Financování útlumu hornictví ze státního rozpočtu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje realizaci útlumu hornické činnosti započatého v roce 1990 a stále probíhajícího. Jedná se o organizačně a finančně náročný proces, který bude pokračovat minimálně do roku 2040, ale vzhledem ke značným finančním transferům a k současnému trendu omezování státních výdajů není vyloučeno jeho ukončení až v roce 2050. Vzhledem k tomu, že nejvýznamnějším energetickým zdrojem v České republice je hnědé uhlí, je tato práce zaměřena na popis Útlumu hornické činnosti právě v oblastech s jeho největším výskytem, tedy oblastí Severozápadních Čech. Dále se tato práce zabývá financováním procesu útlumu hornické činnosti prostředky ze státního rozpočtu, bez nichž by jeho realizace nebyla možná.

This thesis describes the decline implementation of mining activities started in 1990 and still running. This is an organizationally and financially demanding process, which will continue until 2040 at least, but due to the huge financial transfers and the current trend of reducing government expenditure is not excluded that the end will be in 2050. Because the most important energy source in the Czech Republic is brown coal, the work is focused on describing the attenuation of mining activities in areas with just the highest incidence; it means areas of Northwest Bohemia. Furthermore, this work follows up the financing process of mining decline by activities from the state budget, without which its implementation would not be possible.
