Aplikace rtg difrakčních metod v materiálovém výzkumu

Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis is dedicated to idea of using X-ray diffraction in order to study materials. Basic characteristics of X-ray, description of principle X-ray diffraction and methods of registering diffracted rays are included. The following part is dedicated to application of diffraction methods – qualitative and quantitative phase analysis, determination of residual stresses, grain size, orientation of single-crystals, materials textures, etc. This report is also supplemented with qualitative analysis of selected sample on different types of X-rays devices.
