Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable resource in the company. Systematic education can unify an aim of individual with an aim of the company. Bachelor´s thesis aims to formulate proposals and recommendations for improving the quality of employee education and development system according to the analysis of education and development system in Railway of Slovak republic. Bachelor´s thesis consist of four chapters. The first chapter focuses on theoretical basis and it contains typical notions for employee education and development. The second chapter is focused on characteristic of Railway of Slovak Republic. Outcomes of individual analyses are discussed in the third chapter. The whole system of employee education and development of Railway of Slovak republic is described here. Theoretical information, an interview with manager and an evaluation of questionare are applied in this chapter. The fourth chapter provides proposals and recommendation of overall improvement of employee education and development system in Railway of Slovak republic. We applied the comparison, the analyse, the synthesis, the interview and questionares in this thesis.
