Vývoj veřejného dluhu v České republice a Estonsku

Abstract

Objective of of this work is to describe the different developments in government debt of the Czech Republic and Estonia and institutional conditions influence the development of government debt. The first part will focus on the theoretical description of the issue of public debt and the definition of basic concepts. The second part describes the evolution of public debt in the Czech Republic and Estonia in two periods, and the structure of public debt. The last chapter is focused on the institutional framework, namely political, tax and pension system. It is also part of this chapter comparison of the institutional framework and government debt of both the countries surveyed.
