Abstract

The theme of this thesis is Automatic Inspection of the Parts Decorative Quality by Camera System. The aim is to verify possibility of implementation automatic inspection by a camera system for the issue of decorative quality, which is carried out in the organization by visual inspection. Th theoretical part defines quality, quality management and the concept of quality management systems. It also describes camera systems and visual inspection in detail. The practical part analyzes current situation of decorative quality evaluation in the organization. It also includes an MSA analysis of visual inspection of decorative quality and Pareto analysis of critical defects. The last part includes the introduction of designs of camera systems, as well as final evaluation of the project.
