Abstract

The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of a small business that offers wellness facilities based on theoretical and methodological principles. To achieve the goal of the work, the methods of PESTLE analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, Pairwise comparison method, BCG analysis and SWOT analysis will be used. According to the evaluation, the monitored company is competitive, at a very good level and controls a large part of the market.
