Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work was to define the influence of wastewater concentration from wastewater treatment on organism Daphnia magna (acute test) and to determine the effective concentration of EC20, EC50 and EC80 after 24 and 48 hours. The content of alkali and alkaline metals in waterwaste as Ca, Mg, Na, K and the content of some heavy metals as Pb, Cd and Zn. The amount of nitrates, chlorides, ammonium and phosphate ions was determined. Additionally, the second wastewater whose toxicity is lower than toxicity of the first wastewater was tested. Furthermore semichronic toxicity on lettuce after 72 hours was determined.
