Abstract
The work is an analysis of the adaptation process, and proposals to improve the adaptation process in organizations. The theoretical part is the description of the adaptation process, its components, tools, and who is affected. The characteristics of the organization is described by past, present, values and culture of the organization. In the chapter analysis of the problem is the development of the adaptation process, which was described in theory. For more meaningful work was selected over the period 2007 - 2009. The goal of the chapter ideas, suggestions and recommendations on the basis of the results of the adaptation process to make recommendations that could help organizations in its other activities related to the adaptation process.
