Abstract
The bachelor project is focused on the analysis of the influence of operational factors on the ladle lining wear with the use of quality management tools. The specified task was solved for the conditions of steel production in ArcelorMittal Ostrava. Proposals for steps to increase the ladle lining life and to extend their campaign are also the part of the thesis.
