Hodnocení absorpční kapacity regionu NUTS 2 Moravskoslezsko z pohledu politiky soudržnosti EU

Abstract

Absorption capacity is one of the “buzzwords” of today, but this has at the same time a lot of different meanings. One of the meanings of this term is absorption capacity with respect to the efficiently spent finances from the EU funds. The aim of this master thesis is to look at this efficiency evaluation of absorption capacity in the NUTS 2 Moravia-Silesia region, implemented within the Regional operational program Moravia-Silesia, Operational program Enterprise and Innovation and Operational program Education for Competitiveness. This aim is reached through the evaluation of efficiency coefficients of selected projects, which were identified by the method of Data Envelopment Analysis.
