Abstract

The aim of the bachelor paper is to analyse and evaluate the financial situation of the company through proportion indexes, to evaluate its actual financial situation and to suggest precautions, which would guarantee its stability. The bachelor work consists of five chapters: introduction, methodology of financial analysis, characteristic of the company, evaluation of its financial analysis and conclusion. It is analysed by horizontal and vertical analysis. For more detail ascertaining of financial situation, the work is focused mainly on the examination of financial situation of the company by means of proportion indexes of liability, financial stability, profitability, liquidity and activity. There are stated the main conclusions which are supplemented with graphs and charts.
