Abstract

Diploma thesis describes the design and implementation of the control system blast furnace skip winch and visualization application. The theoretical part introduces a functional description of the technology, used components and programming tools company Ingeteam a.s. The main objective is create a control program for the PLC in the authoring environment Siemens Simatic Step7 and application of simulation technology in the WinMOD to test the functionality. The last part describes the visualization application for operator panel in the authoring environment TIA Portal WinCC for the diagnosis and control system. Process of development and functional description of each application is given in the practical part this thesis.
