Proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Provident Financial s.r.o.

Abstract

This work deal with the employee recruitment and selection process in the company Provident Financial s.r.o. The existing recruitment and selection process was analysed based on materials which were provided by the company and interview with HR manager. The questionnaire survey helped to find important information and also opinion of current employees. Thanks to all this information recommendations for improvement of the current recruitment and selection process were proposed. The first recommendation was more frequent advertising in regional newspapers. The second recommendation was better job description. Further there was recommended to increase the value of company´s name. The last recommendation was to establish a database of unsuccessful candidates.
