Analýza a vyhodnocení interní komunikace mezi zaměstnanci vybrané firmy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the functioning of upward communication between superiors and subordinates, specifically with a focus on their satisfaction with the communication in a company involved in providing cleaning service and disinfestation services. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of the basic area of problems of company communication together with barriers hindering its effective functioning in professional literature. The practical part concerns a specific cleaning service company. The method of written interview, specifically the questionnaire technique, was used to obtain the information necessary for the analysis and evaluation of the current situation. The questionnaire was handed out to employees representing a cross section of all the positions in this cleaning service company. In the thesis, problematic areas of the effective functioning of communication were brought to light and suggestions of their solutions which could make the internal communication easier and more effective and which could lead to higher employee satisfaction were made.
