Zahájení podnikání fyzických osob

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Zahájení podnikání fyzických osob“ a skládá se z pěti kapitol. Teoretická část obsahuje popis podnikání z právního hlediska a daňové aspekty začínajícího podnikatele. V praktické části se aplikují předchozí poznatky na konkrétním příkladu. Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé kroky začínajícího podnikatele v prvním roce podnikání.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is „Starting Business of Self Employed Person“ and consists of five chapters. The theoretical part contains descriptions of legally business and tax aspects of starting business. In the practical part is application of the previous findings on the specific example. The goal of this work is describing the individual steps starting business in the first year of business.
