Abstract

The dissertation is focused on the evaluation of company resources based on processed data from ERP and MES systems in an SQL database. The main goal of this work is to design methodologies for the evaluation of human resources of the company using artificial neural networks. The work comprehensively captures the topic of performance evaluation, which for this purpose mentions all the basic information in the creation and definition of a data warehouse. At the same time, a general methodology for creating training sets from available evaluation attributes for use to learn an artificial neural network is defined. The possibility of using applications with a neural network and subsequent writing of results (performance score) from the neural network to the SQL database is described. Furthermore, the work presents the basic user outputs and presentations of bottlenecks in terms of the use and evaluation of business resources.
