Abstract
Bachelor thesis determinate the cost of family houses in the whole life cycle. The thesis is divided into 9 chapters. The theoretical part describes each of the keywords and concepts in the life cycle. The practical part is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge on concrete family houses and a final assessment of the total operating costs.
