Abstract
This thesis studies the processes of biosorption of Zn (II) to the mixture of cones of coniferous tree. The theoretical part describes the current stavpřípadné ways of solving this problem. Dale deals with the chemical composition of zinc, various processes biosorption properties of the biosorbents.
The experimental part is a study that is focused on the removal of zinc using processes biosorption from aqueous solution with cones of coniferous tree. For removal of zinc from the model solution, the overall efficiency ranged from 57 to 66%. In the case of sorbent which was activated by 0.1 mol l- 1 sodium hydroxide (NaOH) experienced efficacy in the range of 86 to 90%. The highest removal efficiency of zinc So I seen a fraction from 0.5 to 1.0 mm Once activated 0.1 mol dm -3NaOH. Best sorption using this size fraction was 40 min. In this time interval, removal efficiency of 91% (Q = 7.45 mg g-1).
