Diskriminace žen na trhu práce v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on discrimination against women on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the labour market, unemployment, equality and discrimination. The practical part analyses the results of a questionnaire survey of 241 respondents with permanent employment. The survey aimed to determine whether women are discriminated against on the labour market and what their situation is in relation to motherhood. The results showed that discrimination is still an issue that negatively affects women's careers. The following is a summary of the results of the survey and a comparison with the Ombudsman's research. Based on the results, recommendations for managers are formulated.
