Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze potential demand for marketing center services, identify important factors when choosing marketing agency and determine most frequently used services. Thesis is divided into seven chapters and in addition to the introduction and conclusion deal with the characteristics of the companies HOMOLA a.s., ELTEM servis s.r.o. and Marketingové Centrum s.r.o., theoretical background of demand analysis, methodology of data collection, analysis of the demand for services and suggestions and recommendations for improving of marketing center services.
