Abstract

BORTLÍKOVÁ, A. PRAGUE MARINA + GALLERY, FORMER PORT: Diploma thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava. Faculty of civil Engineering, Department of architecture, 2023, Thesis head: Doc. Ing. arch. Jindřich Svatoš The subject of the diploma thesis is concept of the docks situated in Prague – Holešovice. Proposal of this locality is dealing with complex of spreaded buildings, which is dockyard with restaurant and shops. Part of the proposal is an idea of safe and atractive public space for a wide range of communnity. Purpose of this project is providing a space, which will serve to population of the city to leisure time activities and it will ease the access to blind stream brench of the Vltava river. Situation of the buildings in the area and their mass solution is affected by current building density. Purpose of this project is respecting the current built-up area and situating the subjected buildings to the area along with respecting a current locality.
