Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the welding line investment in order to optimize the costs and make a decision on the extent, specification and options for purchasing by ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s.
The objectives of the thesis are:
- Determining the manufacturing costs on the calculation unit changed by that investment.
- Finding the optimal location for the new welding line to optimize logistics costs.
- Economic evaluation of the suitability or unsuitability of investments.
