Abstract

This thesis deals with mortgage lending in terms of the financial crisis. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key terms, describes the mortgage loans, their laws and historical developments in the country. Further work defining the concept of financial crisis and familiar with the course of last financial crisis in the world and in CR. The practical part of this thesis analyzes the factors that significantly influence the evolution of the volume of mortgage loans in the period.
