Návrh na obměnu požární techniky u jednotek požární ochrany kategorie JPO V na území Jihomoravského kraje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá obměnou požární techniky u jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů zařazených do kategorie JPO V na území Jihomoravského kraje. V první kapitole je charakterizován Jihomoravský kraj. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na charakteristiku těchto jednotek. Další kapitola se věnuje analýze zásahů. Ve čtvrté kapitole je zhodnocen stav požární techniky a VPPO. V další kapitole je vyhodnocen stav požární techniky u JSDHO Švábenice. Šestá kapitola popisuje důvody obměny požární techniky. Sedmá kapitola se zabývá návrhem vybavení VPPO a požární techniky pro účely jednotek kategorie JPO V. Osmá kapitola se zabývá finanční stránkou výše uvedených návrhů požární techniky včetně VPPO. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření technických podmínek pro výběrová řízení při obnově požární techniky.

The thesis deals with the replacement of fire equipment for fire brigades of category JPO V in the territory of the South Moravian Region. The first chapter describes the South Moravian region. The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of these units. The next chapter deals with the analysis of extraordinary events. The fourth chapter evaluates the state of fire equipment and VPPO. The next chapter evaluates the state of fire equipment JSDHO Švábenice. The sixth chapter describes the reasons for the replacement of fire equipment. The seventh chapter deals with the design of the VPPO equipment and a fire equipment for the purposes of JPO V units. The eighth chapter deals with the financial aspects of the above-mentioned proposals for fire equipment, including the VPPO. The aim of the thesis is to create technical specifications for selection procedures for the restoration of fire equipment.
