Měření spokojenosti středoškolských studentů s výukou

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis, I measure the high school students’ satisfaction with education at their schools. I compare the students’ contentment at polish high school in Český Těšín and Lyceum in Cieszyn. These matters are the part of services marketing, concretely of education marketing. I made my research by method of written questioning, when students completed the question blank under their teachers’ oversight. The students of leaving examination classes questioned the questions. In the base of realized finding, I made analyse and I pursued evaluation and creation of possible concepts. These concepts should lead to increasing students’ and their parent’s contentment and also school’s contentment, which executes the envoi.
