Modernizace linky nedestruktivního zkoušení bezešvých trubek jako nástroj získání konkurenční výhody

Abstract

Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je využití již proběhlé modernizace linky nedestruktivního zkoušení bezešvých ocelových trubek nejmenovaného výrobního podniku jako nástroj pro získání konkurenční výhody. Součástí diplomové práce je teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části je nejprve představen výrobní podnik a poté jsou vymezeny výrobní principy ocelových bezešvých trubek a jejich nedestruktivní zkoušení. Kromě vyzdvižení spojitosti výroby a potřebné kontroly je v teoretické části provedena rešerše stěžejních norem pro oblast výroby a nedestruktivního zkoušení ocelových trubek. V navazující praktické části je proveden popis procesu nedestruktivního zkoušení na dané lince a popis původního stavu. Dále jsou v praktické části definovány specifikace požadavků provedené modernizace a je provedena analýza výběru a realizace modernizace. Následně je definován návrh využití modernizované linky k získání konkurenční výhody. Praktická část je uzavřena ekonomickým vyhodnocením přínosu navrhovaného řešení.

The objective of the presented Master’s thesis is to leverage the completed modernization of a non-destructive testing (NDT) line for seamless steel tubes at an undisclosed manufacturing company as a tool for gaining a competitive advantage. The thesis is structured into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical part introduces the manufacturing company and outlines the production principles of seamless steel tubes along with their nondestructive testing. In addition to highlighting the link between production and necessary quality control, this section provides a literature review of key standards governing the production and NDT of steel tubes. The subsequent practical part describes the NDT process on the specific line and its original state. Furthermore, it defines the requirements for the modernization and provides an analysis of the selection and implementation phases. Subsequently, a proposal for utilizing the modernized line to achieve a competitive advantage is formulated. The practical part concludes with an economic evaluation of the benefits of the proposed solution.
