Abstract

This thesis deals with problems of legal regulation of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship and their use in practice. Thesis is divided into five chapters and then is divided into sections. The introductory chapter contains definitions of basic principles of labour law and terms as labour-law relationship and elements of the employment relationship. This chapter is also focused on agreements on work performed outside the employment. Each subsection contains the general characteristics of agreements, as well as their essentials and information relating to the payment of insurance premiums. The third chapter includes analysis of the use of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship by the selected employer. The last chapter summarizes the amendments in the Labour Code related to the agreements which became effective on 1st January 2012 and 1st January 2015, non-payment mandatory payments for employees. The sections always give possible penalty for offence. In the practical part was carried out a survey, which complements a practical part of the thesis. The goal is to as accurately as possible, and most transparently informed about labour issues, with a focus on agreements on work performed outside employment.
