Návrh konstrukce obvodového pláště bytového domu s restaurací - technologie provedení včetně vyhodnocení zadaných variant

Abstract

Thesis in which I focused on „The design specification of the House with a restaurant - technologies implementation including an evaluation of the specified variant” is basically divided into two sections, text part and technical drawings. Written part is to the extent of 227 pages, together with the amount of 25 drawings. Method of numerical references was applied. The subject of this thesis is development of two design solutions of the building envelope and plans of technologies time requirements and costs. On the basis of these plans follows comparison and evaluation of the specified variants. Evaluation of variants is applied on the apartment building with a restaurant in Ostrava - Poruba and its bearing structure is reinforced monolithic concrete frame. Project of building site installations and project documentation according to the applicable legislation and standards is also part of this thesis.
