Využití bakterie Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans při získávání kovů ze sedimentu důlních vod z lokality Zlaté Hory

Abstract

The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the characterization of the Zlate Hory, sediment from the mine water and methods of gold and palladium. The experimental part of the work focuses on acquiring foam and non-foamed product with an increased metal content of the sediment. Possible way of Au and Pd enrichment by bacterial leaching, using bacteria Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and subsequent flotation suspension after leaching is presented in this thesis.
