Abstract

Baccalaureate work deals with problems of safety in rail transport. In a theoretical part is mentioned legal framework which regulates the safety and responsibilities related with problems of accidental events in rail transport with a focus on operator of rail transport Czech railways, a. s. In the work are included statistics and analysis of risks. The aim is identify and evaluate risks, with a subsequent proposal of effective measures, leading to minimization of occurrence and effect of accidental event itself.
