Externality a jejich vztah k ekologické daňové reformě

Abstract

Ecological tax reform is already several years discussed by experts not only of the Ministry of the environment. Submitted thesis describes procedures of implementation of ecotaxes, in accordance with the requirements of the European Union. And it is looking for a good way to quantify the external costs, focusing on surface mining and different ways of its valuation from electricity generation.
