Analýza podpory v nezaměstnanosti v okrese Vsetín

Abstract

My bachelor’s thesis goal is to analyze and evaluate Czech labour market, employment policy, unemployment benefits payment and their total expenditure in Vsetin district with particular reference to selected indicators. Based on the evaluation, appropriate measures are proposed to eliminate the existing problems of particular labour market and employment policy areas across the Czech Republic. The theoretical part identifies the issues of the labour market, employment policy, legal regulation of unemployment benefits in the Czech Republic, as well as relating basic terms. There are particular terms included such as, a job seeker, conditions to become entitled for unemployment benefits or retraining support, their amount, duration of the payment and others. The practical part is focused on the examination and evaluation of the situation on the labour market and in the employment policy. It is also concerned with analysis of the unemployment benefits payment development as well as with the evaluation of total unemployment support expenditures in Vsetin district within 2012-2017.
