Praktická aplikace metody 7S ve vybraném hutním podniku v kontextu Total Productive Maintenance

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the application of the 7S method and the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach in the metallurgical industry. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the standard 5S method, its extended version 7S, and the principles of the Total Productive Maintenance approach. The practical part is devoted to the application of the 7S method and TPM principles at a selected workplace in metallurgical production with the aim of evaluating their contribution to workplace organization and the support of autonomous maintenance. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current use of these methods at the selected workplace and to evaluate their effectiveness in the conditions of the metallurgical industry. The final part of the thesis proposes measures aimed at improving workplace organization and increasing the efficiency of control processes.
