Abstract

This document deals with the production and logistics performance parameters of the MSV Metal Studénka, a.s.. Its goal is to identify appropriate indicators and methodology of measuring set up, the work also includes initial evaluation of the current state of selected metrics. The introduction describes the theoretical basis of manufacturing company performance measurement – there are defined basic concepts, briefly summarized the history of this discipline, the parameters are divided into groups. A separate chapter is devoted to MSV Metal Studénka, a.s., there are described basic characteristics of the company. The final part assesses the current status of the various MSV Metal Studénka, a.s. performance parameters in the area of operational efficiency and customer service. For each of the indicators calculation method, source data, historical development and status on the date of obtaining input are defined. The results of measurements of each parameter are accompanied by brief commentary, which takes into account their interdependence and evaluate the measured results in the context of the external environment.
