Zamestnanecké benefity

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je venovaná zamestnaneckým benefitom poskytovaným v ČR, ich daňovému riešeniu na strane zamestnávateľa, zamestnanca a odvodom poistného. Práca je rozdelená na 3 časti. Cieľom prvej z nich je teoreticky popísať, čo benefity sú a s akými druhmi sa najčastejšie v ČR stretávame. V druhej časti sú znázornené odvody poistného, riešenie daňového režimu u zamestnávateľa a zamestnanca u pár vybraných druhov benefitov. Túto problematiku je snahou priblížiť na konkrétnych príkladoch. Tretia časť je zameraná na riešenie odmeňovania vo vybranej spoločnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with employee benefits provided in Czech Republic, their tax solutions at the side of an employer, an employee and an insurance payment. The thesis is divided into three parts. The aim of the first one is to describe theoretically what benefits are and which one of them are most commonly used in Czech Republic. The goal in the second part are insurance payments, solutions of tax treatments at the side of an employer and an employee in a few chosen sorts of benefits. This task is clarified in particular examples. The third part deals with solutions of remunerations in a chosen company.
