Dávky státní sociální podpory ve vybraných okresech České republiky

Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to compare the number and amount of benefits accorded to expenditure on payment of social benefits in the district of Kroměříž and Nový Jičín. In the theoretical part legislation of social benefits framework is characterized, as well as description of an individual social benefits in the current version. Practical part of work is a brief description of demographic indicators and the labor market of researched districts. The practical part includes comparison of the benefits accorded to the total number and total expenditure on the social benefits in the chosen districts. These data are converted according to population of each district for the purpose of comparison. The last part of bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of various social benefits and their amount of expenditures in district of Kroměříž and Nový Jičín. The thesis includes legislative changes of an individual benefits since 2006 to 2010. The end of the last chapter is focused on the evaluation of the state social support and on the suggestions for changes in this system. This bachelor thesis could be source of an interesting findings for the job centers in the district of Korměříž and Nový Jičín.
