Zhodnocení faktorů ovlivňujících hospodaření městského divadla

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření příspěvkové organizace. Cílem práce je zhodnocení faktorů ovlivňujících hospodaření městského divadla. Zhodnocení výsledků bylo dosaženo provedením analýzy faktorů, které ovlivňují hospodaření vybrané organizace. Na základě této analýzy byl zjištěn výsledek hospodaření organizace za dané období. V poslední části práce bylo provedeno zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků. Na závěr byla navrhnuta možná řešení efektivnějšího hospodaření organizace do budoucna.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the management of the contributory organization. The aim of the bachelor thesis is evaulation of Factors Influencing Financial Management of the Municial Theatre. Evaluation of the results was achieved by analyzing the factors that influence the organization's management. Based on this analysis, the organization's profit for the period was determined. In the last part of the work an evaluation of the results was made. Finally, a possible solution to the organization's more efficient management for the future was proposed.
