Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse education systems in the choosen company and to recommend possible ways to improve the current system. In the first part of the thesis there is an overview of the terms: learning, development and education. Further more company education processes, their identification, planning, execution and result evaluation is described. The methods of the eduacation are meant within and outside the workplace, too. In the second part the thesis provides a description of a company, analysis of educational system in the choosen firm and suggestions to improve the current system.
