Využití metody BSC pro analýzu procesů pracoviště vysoké školy

Abstract

Diplomová práce byla vypracována s cílem využít metodu Balanced Scorecard v procesech probíhajících na Katedře systémového inženýrství. V rámci práce byly namapovány procesy katedry, na které poté byly navázány cíle podle metody Balanced Scorecard. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o měření výkonnosti a metodě Balanced Scorecard. Zmíněna je také softwarová podpora metody Balanced Scorecard.

V druhé části, která se zabývá návrhem procesního modelu, kompetenčního modelu a formulací cílů, je nejdříve provedena analýza současného stavu na katedře. V analýze je popsána organizační struktura katedry a popis katedry. Následně jsou popsány procesy, které na katedře probíhají. Nosným bodem diplomové práce je využití metody Balanced Scorecard a formulace cílů Katedry systémového inženýrství v programu Attis.

This thesis has been developed with the aim of using the Balanced Scorecard in the processes in the Department of Systems Engineering. In the context of work processes were mapped to the department, which then targets have been established by the Balanced Scorecard method. The work consists of two parts. The first section summarizes the theoretical knowledge of performance measurement and the Balanced Scorecard. Mentioned is also software support methods Balanced Scorecard.

In the second part, which deals with the design process model, competency model, and formulation of objectives is to first analyze the current state of the Department. The analysis describes the organizational structure of the department and a description of the department. Subsequently he describes the processes that take place in the Department. The main point of the thesis is to use the Balanced Scorecard method and formulation of the objectives of the Department of Systems Engineering at the Attis.
