Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a model for evaluating the performance of workers in a confectionery company using multi-criteria evaluation methods, specifically the AHP method. The aim of the thesis is to create a model for multicriteria evaluation of the performance of workers in a confectionery company, which will serve as a basis for effective performance management and fair remuneration. The first part of the thesis summarises the theoretical and methodological foundations in the field of performance measurement and evaluation, decision-making, evaluation criteria and methods of multi-attribute decision-making, namely the AHP method. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of employee performance evaluation in confectionary, including a description of the company itself and the significance of the model for the company. In the practical part, the evaluation criteria, with their hierarchical structure, are determined and individual variants are presented. This is followed by the application of the AHP method itself, determination of criteria weights, and calculation of the benefits of individual variants. The output is the resulting ranking of employees by their performance, which provides a basis for the remuneration system, employee motivation and development, and for potential personnel decisions. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is performed, in which a new criterion is added, in order to verify the stability of the criterion weights and the resulting ranking.
