Abstract

This thesis is focused on the research and determination of individual measures and defines the losses caused by the insufficient power of the ignition hoods during the sintering of ores during the thermal processing process. The purpose of this work is a detailed description of this problem and the selection of a solution and a description of individual steps leading to an increase in the power of the ignition hood and to the maximization of sinter production, which will lead to a reduction of losses on this equipment in the company Liberty Ostrava a. s.
