Analýza srážek ze mzdy na základě probíhající exekuce

Abstract

The aim of enforcement of a money judgment (execution) is to remedy or settle an outstanding debt on one party (creditor) on expense and/or in interference of the right of the other party (debtor). It is the most efficient tool to enforce settlement of a debt via financial and non-financial satisfaction of a claim. The Thesis is divided in Introduction, Conclusion and three main chapters. Theory defining elementary terms of execution and executory process is contained in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 focuses on procedures when execution is performed through a debtor’s wage rebate. Chapter 4 features an illustration example of a debtor’s wage rebate including the calculation of a monthly rebate. The aim of the Thesis is to explain terms related to execution, and to suggest proceedings to individual stages of executory process. The Thesis is processed in methods of description, comparison, analysis and synthesis.
