Vliv mikrostruktury a vlastností drátů po žíhání na chování materiálu při pěchování za studena

Abstract

Diploma Thesis deals with two modes of spheroidizing on hot rolled wires of two diameters. Wires were made of 32CrB4 and 42CrMo4 steels. The current mode of annealing was compared with the modified one. Differences in the fraction of spheroidized pearlite, size of spheroidized cementite, and degree of decarburization were evaluated. The effect of annealed microstructure on mechanical propeties was evaluated too. A great attention was paid to cold up setting tests, which require good mechanical properties. The modified annealing regime for 32CrB4 steel showed a higher percentage of spheroidized perlite by 5 percent and slightly higher decarburization than the current annealing regime. For 42CrMo4 steel was greater in the samples annealed by the current mode. Cold up setting tests did not show any differences between the individual annealing regimes.
