Abstract

This thesis examines selected aspects of integral security in a company operating in the manufacturing industry. The theoretical part defines the concept of integral security, related basic terms, and the regulatory and legislative framework for security management in organizations. This is followed by a description of the selected company and its operating environment. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the identification and mapping of integral security elements within the company, their subsequent evaluation, and a more detailed elaboration of a selected area through systematic risk assessment. Based on the findings, measures aimed at reducing the identified risks are proposed. The thesis also includes a comprehensive overview of the entire risk assessment compiled in an Excel file and a proposed structure of a basic internal procedure for safe battery charging and the handling of rechargeable devices. The thesis also highlights the importance of the mutual interconnection of individual areas of integral security within the company.
