Dostupnost lůžkové péče nemocnic ve vybraných krajích České republiky

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the availability of bed care in selected basic medical departments, such as internal medicine (internal), surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics in hospitals in Zlín and Moravian-Silesian regions of the Czech Republic. The evaluation of bed care availability is examined based on physical availability in individual districts of regions per 1,000 inhabitants in the years 2013 and 2018. Furthermore, the availability of bed care is evaluated according to local availability in 2018. The method of analysis of the structure of bed care is used in this thesis. Local availability was assessed in terms of travel time interpreted on maps created using the ArcGIS geographic information system using the ArcMap application.
