Abstract

This master´s thesis consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the description and history of the company, a theoretical description of the manufacturing system, analyzes and methods that are used to optimize production. The practical part describes the current status of the production and identifies opportunities for improvement. Based on the observation and analysis of the production process will be revealed weak point of production. With him will conduct a thorough analysis, defined the conditions for optimization according to the principles of lean manufacturing and proposal for change.
