Abstract

This thesis describes DC/DC converters topic. Main subject of this work is Driver Module realization, based on function of switching supplies with “BOOST” and “BUCK” converter types. Its utilization is mainly in automotive, specifically in car headlamps with LED technology. Driver module design follows many optical, mechanical, environmental and other requests. The design also includes parameters determination and detailed synthesis of a particular circuit. A part of the work focuses on experimental verification of the whole module function, switching supplies parameters analysis and comparison and evaluation of measured and calculated results.
