Geometrický plán na zameranie stavby pre vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia v k.ú. Zákamenné

Abstract

Úlohou mojej bakalárskej práce bolo realizovať meranie, pomocou ktorého som vyhotoviť geometrický plán, ktorý má slúžiť na zameranie stavby pre vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia a rozdelenie parcely. Budova sa nachádzala v k.ú. Zákamenné. Po vyhotovení bol tento geometrický plán autorizačne overený. Následne bol GP odovzdaný na katastrálny úrad Námestovo, kde bol úrade overený. V mojej bakalárskej práci som sa zaoberal aj históriou a vývojom katastra nehnuteľností a geometrických plánov na našom území. Touto históriou som chcel poukázať najmä na to, ako slúžili prvé “katastre“ hlavne na výber daní a postupom času to prešlo na až do dnešnej formy a využitia Katastra nehnuteľností. Taktiež som sa snažil priblížiť jednotlivé prvky GNSS technológie, jej fungovanie a metódy merania využívajúce túto metódu. Ďalej som sa snažil priblížiť aj SKPOS, pomocou ktorej sme naše meranie vyhotovovali. Nasledovala praktická časť kde som priblížil lokalitu, meranie, použité pomôcky a aj následné spracovanie a overenie geometrického plánu.

The aim of my bachelor’s thesis was to carry out a survey on the basis of which I prepared a geometric plan intended for the surveying of a building for the issuance of an occupancy permit and for the division of a parcel. The building was located in the cadastral area of Zákamenné. After its completion, the geometric plan was officially certified. Subsequently, it was submitted to the cadastral office in Námestovo, where it was officially verified. In my bachelor’s thesis, I also dealt with the history and development of the real estate cadastre and geometric plans in our territory. Through this historical overview, I wanted to point out in particular how the first “cadastres” mainly served for tax collection and how, over time, they gradually developed into the present-day form and use of the real estate cadastre. I also sought to describe the individual elements of the GNSS method, its operation, and the surveying methods that make use of it. Furthermore, I aimed to introduce SKPOS, which we used to carry out our survey. This was followed by the practical part, in which I described the locality, the survey itself, the equipment used, as well as the subsequent processing and verification of the geometric plan.
