Analýza spotřebitelského chování na trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with consumer behavior in the market of consumer loans. The aim was to find out what criteria are key in connection with the choice of loan provider, what people use consumer loans for as often as possible and what forms of loans people prefer. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, where the results of a questionnaire survey evaluated the results, which indicate that people choose a provider of loan on their own research. It was also found that the most common purpose of using a consumer loan was to purchase a vehicle and household equipment. The last chapter of this work summarizes the proposals and recommendations for providers of consumer loans, which should make the offer of companies more effective.
